We took a tuk tuk into Santa Cruz , walked the streets then several of us (Bill, Brenda, Jorge, Becky , Jessica and I) on Jessica's recommendation went to Cafe Aurora for good coffee and a look around. This was a restaurant on an old but still operational coffee plantation. It was fancy and perfectly manicured. We went inside to look around and saddled up to the coffee bar. We were given a brief history lesson on the plantation there and how coffee goes from crop to cup.
We only had a little time because Fundinor was coming to our hotel for a presentation and entertainment soon.
